用途：用于耐火材料、阻燃剂、蜂窝泡沫陶瓷.玻璃、电器、铸造、模具等的制造。 广泛应用于高温窑炉上,与耐火骨料配制成耐高温胶凝材料；用其粘贴炉衬,作炉壁耐火涂层和耐高温砌缝材料；制作成定形或不定形的耐高温耐火材料或补炉材料。还可用作纤维,木材等的膨胀型阻燃料；在电器生产中用作具有良好介电性能的涂层或粘结材料；在陶瓷制品生产中配入磷酸二氢铝可提高其高温抗压强度,抗弯强度；在建筑业中将其加到普通硅酸盐水泥或矾士水泥中,可缩短凝固时间,提高水泥制品强度；在电力工业中,利用其电绝性能,用于生产耐热绝缘制品等；制作磷酸盐胶凝材料；粘结金属和陶瓷等。
